Higher Ground

In August 2021, I was given the opportunity to design a logo and episode artwork for Higher Ground, a new podcast from WSHU Public Radio. 

The podcast seeks to understand the gravity of climate change through a series of field trips across Long Island and Connecticut. It was supported by the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science and the Kavli Foundation, nationally syndicated through American Public Media and featured on NPR's Science Friday. In October 2022, it won an award from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine. 

For its second season, I developed an overarching brand, logo and style for the podcast, as well as graphics for its landing page.
